- Every week there are up to sixty applications into our management / agency
- first we do select into
- performance,
- voice or
- other applications
- for each group we do have an expert team which prepares a brief recommodation
- the best applications then get into
- CONSIDERATIONS & Check-up
- we do send voices (their videos &/or music files) to our vocal experts (in Germany, Belgium and Italy)
- if there is no full "NO-GO"... the application will be checked by another vocal expert, as well.
- we now decide wether we might
- stop the process (not good enough) or
- ask for further material (not decided yet)
- potential candidate
- we do invite to an audition (2-5 people in max)
- decisioning direct after audition, if to
- ask for more training or
- invite directly into the yearly Premium-Audition
- direct lead candidate
- invite into the Premium-Audition
- if he/she already singing on major stages (N, A, or major house)
- we sign directly or do
- at least invite into the Premium-Audition
- finally we decide by panel and
- if we say YES… offer a management contract to sign
- perhaps including an agency agreement
