After training as a hairdresser Sandra Wartenberg began a Make-trainee at the Deutsches Theater in Göttingen, which she completed in 1990 with the joint examination. 

Her first engagement took her to the Association of Cities Theater Biel / Solothurn in Switzerland. This was followed by a permanent position on Swiss television. She then managed productions such as "crime scene", "Grand Prix der Volksmusik", various Sketch-and satire shows and film productions with Adrian Marthaler. In 1995 she returned to the German theater of Göttingen as a makeup artist. 

It was several years Chefmaskenbildnerin at the State Theater in Hanover and at the City Theater in Bielefeld. During this time she was also assistant to the Domfestspiele Bad Gandersheim. Today she works with the Masken Werkstatt Wartenberg / Schule für Maskenbildnerei. 

Other orders as a designer she led up artist to the Hebbel Theater in Berlin, Stadt Herford Theater, City Theater in Zurich at the Open Opera Company in St. Gallen, and Winterthur and to Frauenfeld. 

As director, she conducts workshops on behalf of the make-dance school "Dance Club" in Herisau (Focus: Makeup theatrically). 

Sandra Wartenberg was already betting on the "Expo2000", ZDF (eg, dass .. "," Chart Attack "), SAT1 and PRO7 operate. Since October 2008 she also serves as a freelancer 2am-Productions in Gossau, with live broadcasts of game shows.
